In our country house
you'll find peace and recovery. Beside our own dwelling there is only
one apartment in the house for rent. On 61 sqm floor space there´s
a bedroom for two persons, a large bathroom with two wash basins and bath
tub (shower), a roomy, well equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with
large farmer table, a corner bank as well as a double bed couch. If necessary,
thus with five or six persons, a further room (12 sqm) in the upper floor
can be rented additionally |

From the spacy south balcony you'll enjoy the indescribable panorama view over the Inn valley lying in the depth and the highly rising mountain giants. High above the valley you profit from the longest duration of sunshine in Tirol and a marvelously clear and fresh mountain air. |

All areas have timber ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped and has e.g. an e-stove, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and everything else what you need to supply yourself. |

Even sitting at the large farmer table in the living room, you can enjoy the breath-taking view of the mountains. Or you admire the impressing sunsets out of the couch. The color satellite TV should not keep you from this. |

The Moeserer lake, during summer an outstanding bathing lake, is located approx. 5 minutes above the house. Walking and hiking trails are starting directly in front of the house. More about summer and winter sports offers, as well as excursion ideas are found here.. |
