Situation of the house/local plan

In calm situation at the upper part of Moesern, our country house is an outstanding starting point for walks and hikes. In winter, the entrance for the cross country course (Seefeld - Moesern - Lottensee) is only a few minutes walking.
In the village you find possibilities for shopping, a bank, ski school, tennis court, swimming pool, ski lift as well as numerous restaurants and hotels.
