The Landhaus-Sonnenbichl is located on the upper edge of Mösern on a quiet, sunny slope with great views and offers you a comfortable holiday flat for 2 to 4 people for your holiday stay.

In our holiday appartment you will find peace and relaxation, plus sport and enjoyment for body, mind and soul. High above the Inn Valley, you benefit from the longest period of sunshine in the country, clear fresh mountain air, a magnificent panoramic view and a variety of sports, leisure and excursion options.

In winter, the start of the cross-country ski track (Seefeld - Mösern - Lottensee) is just a few minutes' walk from your flat. In summer, you can enjoy the proximity of your accommodation to Lake Mösern and swim your laps in the crystal-clear water.

This spacious vacation apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: An inviting bedroom for two, a spacious bathroom with two washbasins, bathtub (shower), a fully equipped kitchen for culinary delights and a cozy living room.

Living room

Here you will find a large dining table, a cozy corner bench and a double sofa bed that invites you to relax and rest. The wide window front offers you a spectacular view of the majestic mountains - a spectacle that fills the room with light. Don't let the satellite TV distract you while you enjoy this view.

Bedroom

The magnificent view of the mountains is also impressive in the bedroom, whether from the double bed or the balcony.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering: An oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, juicer and coffee machine - everything you need.

Large bathroom with two washbasins and bathtub (shower).

 

Balcony

From the spacious south-facing balcony, you can look out over the Inn Valley and the many peaks across the valley. Two deckchairs invite you to sunbathe and relax.

Children up to 4 years receive a 50% discount.

Within 7 days of booking a deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid into our account.
The remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before the day of arrival.
The deposit (200€) is to be paid in cash in € on arrival.
