Please note the following rental and cancellation conditions before booking.
General
- Bed and kitchen linen are provided.
- Pets are not allowed!
- In winter, a garage for one car is included in the rent.
Payment
- Rent, security deposit (200€) and charges have to be paid cash in € on arrival.
- No refund possible on premature departure.
- The deposit is returned immediately on departure, if the apartment is in good condition.
Arrival/Departure
- Weekly rental.
- On arrival day, you can move into the apartment from 4 pm.
On departure day, the apartment has to be left at 10 am. - Please note that the house is not wheelchair-friendly (external staircase).
Cancellation fees §5 AGBH 2006:
- 3 to at least one month before the arrival date - 40% of the total price
- To 1 week before arrival day - 70% of the total price
- In the last week - 90% of the total price
